Relationship of Management Systems of Veterinaries with Patterns of Disease Services

Abstract

This study was carried out with the objectives to analyze the relationship between the veterinary management system and the patterns of patients under veterinary care and to determine the levels of clients’ confidence in the veterinary hospitals to enhance their productivity. This study was developed with an observational design. A veterinary management system has a positive effect on the management systems for, accounting services, and human resources. This study suggests that the addition of facilities and the rejuvenation of diagnostic tools in veterinary practice can improve clients’ satisfaction levels with veterinarians.
