Abstract

A pluriparous, full term pregnant Holstein Friesian crossbred cow having dystocia in its second caving, on per vaginal examination revealed a dead foetus with craniofacial skeletal defects. Successful pervaginal delivery of bilateral cleft lip- jaw- palate congenita fetus was achieved with foetotomy
