Hydrallantois in a Cow: A Case report

Abstract

A 9 year old cow was presented to Primary Veterinary Centre, Kurella with history of abnormally distended abdomen, weakness, dehydration and case was diagnosed as hydrallantois by per rectal palpation and treated with parturition induction and slow drainage of allantoic fluid by transcervicalallantocentesis method to prevent hypovolemic shock. The cow recovered uneventfully.
