This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of L.cassei(1,62×106) and L.plantarum (0,25×106) in different mediums on the broiler carcass and visceral organs. 150 days old chick divided into 4 treatments: control (P1), probiotic in the sweet potato water (P2), dates (P3), and fermented soybean cake (FSC) (tempe) (P4) for 35 days. The result show that probiotic inclussion in the FSC supplemented to broiler chicken have significant effect on final body weight, visceral organs on 5th, week, however it decreased on heart weight in the 3rd week and visceral precentage in the 5th week. It could be concluded that FSC water infussion could support probiotic lactobacillus sp activities as a growth promoter for broiler chicken
