Clinical Management of Oedematous Emphysema in HF Bull: A Case Report

Abstract

Present report deals with the clinical management of oedematous emphysema in breeding bull. Symptoms such as Anorexia, body temperature 106ºF on rst day, dyspnoea, watery nasal discharge, frequent coughing and oedematous swelling on whole body (neck, thigh, back and abdomen)were observed. Good recovery response was observed with parenteral administration of Wocktrose (20%) and ceftriaxone. Intramuscular administration of megludyne, prednisolone, anistamin and tribivet was also undertaken. Peros treatment includes serakind and ecotos bolus. Bull was completely recovered in 15 days.
