Respiratory Diseases in Exotic Pigeons

Abstract

The respiratory infection were reported in a Belgian and a Bantam pigeon. The Belgian pigeon had necrotic pneumonia and the bantam pigeon revealed granulomatous mycotic pneumonia characterised by Granulomatous reaction with giant cells and fungal hyphae of Aspergillus spp.
