Diatom Naviculoid and Nitzschioid Composition in the Sulfur Mountains Watershed East Java, Indonesia

Abstract
The aims of this study were to assess the diatomic ora found in the Ijen sulfur mountain watershed, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Sampling was carried out in four major rivers that make up the Sulfur mountain watershed. Observation and identication of samples were carried out at the Airlangga University laboratory. A total of 11 taxa were found belonging to the Naviculoid and Nitzschioid groups. The result was presented in the form of illustration images and morphometric data.
