Abstract
The present study was carried out to elucidate effect of Polysaccharide krestin (PSK) in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Wistar male rats (Rattus norvegicus) (60) were divided into six groups. Measurement of MMP3 expression was done by using immunohistochemical methods and foot diameter was measured using calipers. The results showed a signicant difference decrease in the treatment groups in MMP3 concentration and foot diameter
