The extract of Phaleria macrocarpa at different doses of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% were used in this study. The results showed that Phaleria macrocarpa leaf extract at the concentration of more than 20% can signicantly reduce the TPC value and most probable number (MPN) Escherichia coli value was reduced at a concentration of 30%, 40%, and 50%
