Abstract

Ulcer Disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophila can affect  sh and shrimp and found in various regions in East Java Province, Indonesia. This study was aimed to determine the molecular weight of Aeromonas hydrophila Outer Membrane Protein (OMP) isolated from  sh. The OMP of the isolates were examined using SDS-PAGE then characterized with Western Blotting. The result showed that there were three bands with a molecular mass of 52 kDa, 37 kDa and 30 kDa in Western Blotting

Key Words: Aeromonas hydrophila, outer membrane protein, ulcer disease
