Abstract
Ulcer Disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophila can affect sh and shrimp and found in various regions in East Java Province, Indonesia. This study was aimed to determine the molecular weight of Aeromonas hydrophila Outer Membrane Protein (OMP) isolated from sh. The OMP of the isolates were examined using SDS-PAGE then characterized with Western Blotting. The result showed that there were three bands with a molecular mass of 52 kDa, 37 kDa and 30 kDa in Western Blotting
Key Words: Aeromonas hydrophila, outer membrane protein, ulcer disease
