Abstract

This study aims to prove the potential of Lactococcuslactis, Bi dobacteriumsp, Lactobacilluscasei on feed intake, feed efciency and feed conversion ratio (FCR) in laying hens. The results showed that there was no signicant difference between the treatments on feed intake (p>0.05), but there were signicant difference (p<0.05) on FCR and feed efciency with 0.5% Lactococcuslactis + 0.5% Lactobacillus casei. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that probiotics can be used as a substitute for antibiotics growth promoters (AGPs) to increase performance in laying hens

Key Words: Lactococcus lactis, Bi dobacterium, Lactobacillus casei, performance, hens
