Abstract
A seven year old jersey cow was referred with a pendulous swelling hanging from the left perineal region since 3 months. Based on the history and clinical ndings, a tendative diagnosis of unilateral reducible perineal cystocoele was made. Herniorrhaphy along with postoperative care led to an uneventful recovery without any complication
