Performance of Bali Cattle (Bos Sondaicus) Breeding Stock in Maliku District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to establish the number of productive female Bali cattle  t to be breeding stock, based on Indonesian National Standard SNI.ISO 7651-4, 2017, and the S/C value in Maliku District.The female Bali is adequate, yet exhibits room for improvement as regards the values of chest circumference, shoulder height, body length, and body weight. The chest circumference of female Bali cattle in the  ve villages is excellent and exceeds the category I values set out in SNI 7651.4 of 2017. The average S/C value from the ve villages is 1.65.
