Identication and Morphological Characteristic of Ornamental Fish in Wongsorejo Beach, Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia

Abstract

Wongsorejo Beach, Banyuwangi is the one of conservation area that found many coral reef ecosystem. This area was suitable habitat for ornamental  sh to live and reproduce. The result showed that 53 species of ornamental  shes from 17 families were identied and described with the each morphological characteristic. Pomacentridae and Labridae are the most common families of ornamental  sh that have been identied.
